We are Connecticut's only independent aftermarket service and repair center. We are 100% dedicated to the repair, service and restoration of watches. We specialize in vintage watches and antique pocket watches. We recognize that every watch comes with a story. Our automatic service specializes in Rolex Omega and Breitling. We are now the main service destination for vintage Rolexes as Rolex is no longer servicing vintage watches. Keep in mind that many of our referrals are from Rolex themselves.

Our work performance guarantee is insured and our workshop is bonded in excess of the value of your timepiece for the duration of its stay in our custody.

We do not send work out to third parties. Your watch does not leave our service center facilities. Feel confident that we will follow through 100% with your in house project. Watches will only be sent to an authorized service center with customer consent in the event of standard warranty work that would better suit our customers needs. All watches are kept in a secure safe overnight.
